The Chaka fishermen enterprises has been created as a dedicated operating company, providing management for over 200 vessels from its antecedent company, Chaka fishman enterprise. The Chaka delivers dynamic, flexible and expert shipping and camping based services solely focusing on delivery in the Eastern ports of Tanzania.

Our 10 years’ worth of experience, enable us to deliver provisions on ships, and campers. It's because of our experience that we are able to ensure our customer's satisfactions by facilitating them with their requisitions on time.

We have a proven track record of delivering services to a range of clients mainly in East Africa's Tanzania ports of Dar es salaam, Tanga, Mtwara and Kilwa, where our field operators focus in the delivery of the best-in-class services.

Our Technical Management Team provides a range of services such as providing specialist's advice in the management of offshore and mainland activities.

ABDU HAMISI

Having experienced more than a decade in delivery business, Abdu Hamisi, the forefront man of our enterprise, ensures our growth in both operational and provisions segments of our company by materializing our market in the ports of Tanzania.

As the Managing Director of The Chaka fishermen enterprises from 2003 up to date, he's overseen the growth of our team, and has since then established us as a brand that is accepted, recognized, and respected amongst other competitors in the same line of business.

With more than 21 years of experience in corporate development operations and management roles, his track record in delivering transformational business results and changes proves he holds our overall day-to-day operations on a high profile. Because he values teamwork, he's put our company on a countrywide radar.

Managing Director

Field operations and overall quality of services that we provide cannot reach the company's estimated level if our Manager of Operations lacks the qualities that we as an enterprise need. Mr. Benignus Francis is the exact opposite of lack of discipline. He makes sure that our products and services meet quality standards which ensure our customer' satisfaction. He sets goals and collaborates with our quality control team to monitor our quality assurance systems. Otherwise, he makes changes that meet the evolving market's conditions that our customers demand. For the 6 years that he has been with us, he's gained exceptional knowledge on the import and export of goods.

BENIGNUS FRANCIS

Manager of Operations

Having over 15 years of experience working like a purchasing manager in a similar line of work, Salehe Rashid opted to join our enterprise providing support to field operators by guiding them and providing them with knowledge that only he as a purchases manager can offer. Since his debut in our enterprise in mid 2011, he assumed the role of Marketing and Purchasing Manager. His commitment to The Chaka is a quality that his underlings are envious of.
